CARE-A-Thon
As a reminder, the CARE-a-thon service projects will be the week of October 30th-November 3rd. The students are all getting excited to complete their acts of service and visit local organizations to work on service projects throughout the week. Important information regarding the CARE-a-thon (including fundraising information and permission slips) went home with the students on Thursday. Please look over the information sent and send the completed permission back this coming week. Thank you!

Billing Information
You may have noticed some new charges on your TADS account recently, and that is correct
- Every student has been billed $5.00 for the annual art fee that covers art supplies for the school year.
- Coming up, you will see a sports registration fee billed to your account if your child participates in fall sports
- As a reminder, you are able to make lunch payments online and check your balance through your Educate account.

Give To The Max Day
On November 16, organizations, TV, radio, etc. all collaborate to create excitement around donating to your favorite causes, on a day called “Give to the Max Day.” For Saint Mark’s and other small organizations, it’s a day of wide advertisement and excitement that no one could otherwise buy.

GiveMN coordinates “Give to the Max Day.” Using GiveMN’s technology, Saint Mark’s has it’s own GiveMN donation site.

Saint Mark’s School is approaching alumni, neighbors, anyone, and everyone to contribute to the end of the year Annual Fund Appeal. During the 2016 campaign, the fund raised more than $40,00 for kids and teachers in just a few months, and our number has increased every year for the last four years!

What if you could turn a $10 donation into an additional $1,000 donation for Saint Mark’s School? Every online gift will be entered into an hourly drawing for a $1,000 Golden Ticket, and twice there will be $10,000 Super Size!

Golden Tickets: Once every hour for 24 hours, someone’s GiveMN.org donation will be randomly chosen. The organization will get another $1,000!

Super Size Golden Tickets: Between now and Nov. 15 at midnight, one donation will be chosen to give their organization $10,000. And again at the end of “Give to the Max Day” on November 16, another $10,000.

Leader Boards: Shoot for the moon! First place - $10,000, Second place - $7,500, Third place - $5,000, Fourth place - $2,500, Fifth place - $1,000

How can we win? Sign up to make sure that there is an online donation every hour. There are 24 opportunities in a day to donate at least $10 (minimum donation possible) online at the Saint Mark’s GiveMN site. Maybe your name will be selected to bring Saint Mark’s a Golden or Super Size Golden Ticket!

Check out the website here. Thank you!
