What do you love most about your work?
That I help people. With some jobs you help aspects of the life of people but as a priest I help the whole person in all the aspects of his/her life. The action of God is not in the abstract but in the reality of our present life (here and now!). This is truly awesome!
What has being part of a faith-based community taught you?
It has taught me to trust in my team! We are links on a chain as Pope Francis points out. The chain of faith.
What does being a Marker mean to you?
To resonate with the ideal of an excellent Catholic education and caring community. And to strive for it.

I am originally from Peru and I have been here for six years now. I am the youngest of four. Before becoming a priest I was an engineer. I love soccer! Even though winters in Minnesota can be a little cold; the warmth of the hearts of people make me feel at home. I pray and I work that this community becomes an ever stronger family United in Christ.
